Choir Schedule, Repertoire and Absence Chart

  • IMPORTANT: Please send Perry your planned absences - this is critical information
  • New protocol for accessing/downloading recordings - see below!
  • Please try and schedule your absences around major events. These very important liturgies include evensong (4th Sundays March-October), September's evensong will celebrate the Feast of St Michael and All Angels. The weekend of 1 and 2 November is VERY important; we will celebrate the Feasts of both All Saints and All Souls.
  • Just want to clarify our vacation times, and our times of special obligation (through August): Vacation days for the choir: - -15-17 August (BVM/stewardship supper on Friday night with 'special music' from the choir; possible rehearsal on Saturday if we need it; Sunday is formal celebration of BVM, probably with Byrd 4-voice mass and Marian motets) -24 August (evensong)

REHEARSAL AIDS:
There is a new method for accessing these files!

Go here to download the free iDisk Utility program for your computer. Run iDisk Utility, enter mixterhp as the username and select the PUBLIC folder option, you will not need a password. There you will see two folders, one for performances and one for rehearsal aids.

Once you have installed the iDisk Utility, in the future just run that program to access these files on your desktop and they are one click away. You can also create a shortcut to the iDisk folder on your desktop for instant future access.

Once you have downloaded these files, import them into iTunes. If you don't have iTunes, you can download a Mac or PC version for free here.
